1. Tech & Creative Cohorts
Live, instructor-led, small-group programs to build portfolio-ready projects.

- 1-Week Intensives (10 hrs/week live + project work)

2. AI & Data Science Fellowships
Deep, mentor-guided journeys culminating in breakthrough AI projects—eligible for UCSD Extended Studies credit.
a. AI Scholars
Lay the groundwork in Python & core ML concepts.
- Duration: 10 weeks (25 hrs total; weekends) or 2 weeks (25 hrs; summer weekdays)
- Format:
- 1.5 hr lecture + 1 hr small-group mentor session (5:1 ratio) per week
- Content Highlights:
- Python foundations, EDA, regression, neural networks, NLP, ethics
- Deliverable: Group project with 3–5 peers
- Prerequisites: None
b. AI Trailblazers
A program crafted for middle-schoolers (Grades 6–8) to build foundational AI skills through hands-on group projects.
- Duration: 25 hours total—either 10 weeks (weekends) or 2 weeks (summer weekdays)
- Structure: Weekly 1.5 hr lecture + 1 hr group‐mentor workshop (5:1 ratio)
- Pre-requisites: None
- Deliverable: A collaborative AI project (3–5 students) exploring EDA, regression, classification, neural nets, image classification, and AI ethics
- Format: Fully online
c. Deep Dive: AI + Medicine & AI + Finance
Specialized group cohorts exploring AI’s impact in healthcare or financial domains.
- Duration: 10 weeks (25 hrs; weekends)
- Structure: Lecture + 5:1 workshop each week
- Topics:
- AI + Medicine: Medical data prep, CNNs, image segmentation, clinical evaluation, ethics
- AI + Finance: Financial data modeling, predictive analytics, risk assessment, algorithmic trading techniques
- Deliverable: Domain-focused group project
- Prerequisites: Completion of AI Scholars or coding background
d. AI Fellowship
One-on-one mentorship to create a novel, individual AI project.
- Duration: 12–15 weeks
- Mentorship: 12 × 1-on-1 sessions with an AI practitioner/researcher
- Phases:
- Exploration & Learning (Weeks 1–4)
- Ideation & Data Exploration (Weeks 5–8)
- Execution & Presentation (Weeks 9–15)
- Deliverable: Independent AI model & personalized mentor evaluation
- Prerequisites: Basic Python or AI Scholars completion
UCSD Credit Partnership: Successful completers of AI Scholars, Deep Dives, or AI Fellowship are eligible for 3 post-baccalaureate credits and a digital transcript from UCSD Extended Studies.

- No prior experience required—track placements match skill level
